This delightful sculpture moves in very light breezes, but is tough enough to withstand winds of 65 mph.
The top is balanced on the pointed top of the base, and moves around it. It is constructed of 1/4 the inch steel, and painted with Rust-Oleum paint.
The base is 46 inches long, 12 inches wide, and 36 inches high. The top is 9 feet long, and 22 inches wide.
